Your 'Five Star' feedback is helping us provide 'Five Star' service
We're delighted to have received two 'Five Star' ratings for our service in the Life & Pensions and Investment categories at the 2011 Financial Service Awards.
We've spent a year listening to you to identify ways of improving the speed and efficiency of your business transactions with us.
Here's just a few of the areas we've developed as a result:
We've:
- Moved our intermediated customer and adviser call centres back to the UK
- Enhanced our Technical Helpline to include a specialist team to support the more complex cases
- Further developed our on-line services to offer:
- on-line new business submission and illustrations for annuities (we're one of the few providers to offer such a complete service)
- full on-line access to your client's plans once you submit an 'information only letter of authority'
- ability to switch funds on-line for pensions and investments
- seamless, integrated bonds processing through pruadviser.co.uk and all of the main industry portals
New PruFunds
As you would expect, we're continually developing our product range too - the latest additions being an extension of the range of guarantees available on our popular PruFund funds and the introduction of 4 new Risk Managed PruFunds.
Our Continuous Improvement Plan means:
- Quicker end to end processing times - 80% of your onshore bond new business is now on the books on the day we receive it
- Annuities new business is fully set up and placed into payment 15% quicker than at this time last year
- Complaint volumes now represent just 0.3% of all the customer requests we handle
