Important Information - Key Investor Information Documents
On 17 February 2012 we introduced Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs) for the Prudential OEIC and ISA fund range, to comply with new European regulations ahead of the 1 July 2012 industry deadline.
We also provided a Supporting Information Document for Prudential ISA / Prudential OEIC. This document contains further product information and details of our terms and conditions. These documents replace our ISA / OEIC Key Features document (incorporating the Simplified Prospectus).
Will KIIDs be produced for our range of Unit Trusts?
KIIDs will not be produced for our unit trust product range and there will be
no change to the current documentation or dealing procedures for these funds.
How does this impact me?
You will need to ensure that your client has received the up to date versions
of the relevant KIID and the Supporting Information for your Prudential ISA
/ Prudential OEIC document before investing with us.
If we receive an instruction to invest or switch funds that does not have a valid agency number, we may be unable to process the instruction. Therefore, please ensure that your agency number is quoted on any investment instructions placed, otherwise the dealing instruction may be rejected.
