It's easy for adviser firms based in the UK Mainland to sign up for a Prudential Agency by completing the online application form, available at the Agency Registration service on Adviserwise.com.

Agency Registration is an online service where directly authorised Intermediary Firms, whether they are a sole trader or a large limited liability Intermediary Firm, can apply for agency registration, with multiple Product Providers, via one electronic application.

There are a number of benefits to using the service:

• Complete one online application form, which will be validated for errors and can be saved.
• Choose the type of agency structure that you suits your business set up.
• Select a number of participating Product Providers to which you can electronically submit the application in one single step.
• Access the Terms of Business of all participating Product Providers to view them at any time.

So, sign up online by going to http://www.adviserwise.com/OrigoServices/Agency-Registration-Service.aspx and completing the application form.

What happens next?

We aim to set up your agency within 10 working days, and we will send confirmation. We'll contact you in the meantime if we need any further information to process your application.

Agency Administration

Prudential are also part of the Agency Administration service, available on Adviserwise.com. This is an online service which assists adviser firms in creating and maintaining agency accounts with Product Providers.

Through the service advisers can submit requests, to multiple Product Providers, for the following transactions:

• Change of Address;
• Change of Bank Account;
• Request for Additional Agencies;
• Request for Agency Closures;
• Request for Letter of Authority
• Maintain Service Provider and Panel Membership;
• Transfer of Business and Novations.
