Prudential win two 'Five Stars' at the Financial Adviser Service Awards
We're delighted that we've been awarded two 'Five Star' ratings for service within the Life & Pensions and the Investment categories at the 2011 Financial Adviser Service Awards - regaining our 'Five Stars' in the Life & Pensions category.

- Our Technical Helpline has been enhanced to include a team of specialists to work with you on complex cases and potential client planning strategies.
- Our online services are even more efficient - saving you time and money:
- Online new business submission and illustrations for annuities - we're one of the few providers to offer such a complete service.
- Full access to your clients' plans online once you submit an 'information only letter of authority.'
- Ability to switch funds online for pensions and investments.
- Seamless, integrated bonds processing through pruadviser.co.uk and all of the main industry portals.
We're also continually evolving our suite of products with the extension of the range of guarantees available on our popular PruFund funds and the introduction of 4 new Risk Managed PruFunds.
Our continuous improvement plan has further enhanced the way you do business with Prudential:
- Our end to end processing time is much quicker - 80% of your onshore bond new business is now on the books on the day we receive it.
- Annuities new business is fully set-up and placed into payment 15% quicker than at this time last year.
In 2012, we will remain committed to keeping our service promises and making further improvements to ensure you and your clients receive the highest standards of service.
