Enhanced Bond top-up services on Pruadviser
We'd like to let you know all about some improvements to our Bond top-up services on Pruadviser. These follow on from our other improvements to Illustration and New Business Submission, and are all part of our continuing commitment to making it easier for you to do business with us online.
You can now benefit from the following improvements:
- New and improved online Bond top-up illustration and Bond top-up submission screens - with a consistent design and screen flow to our Bond new business services
- New and improved outputs:
- Revamped top-up illustrations can be saved as a pdf
- Top-up Application forms, consistent with the paper applications, which can be pre-populated by data entered online and saved as a pdf, as a record of the top-up application submitted online.
- Online Declaration which can be pre-populated with data entered online and saved as a pdf.
- Agency number and postcode added to all Bond illustrations to make it easier for you to retrieve illustrations online (including those produced by the Prudential call centre and on portals)
These changes are the latest in a long line of improvements we've made to the services available on Pruadviser, demonstrating our commitment to giving you an all-round first class service.
