Prudential wins another 'Five Star' service award

We are delighted to let you know that on 18 November we were awarded a 'Five Star' rating for excellent service within the Investments category at the Financial Adviser Service Awards, for the second consecutive year.

The awards are considered a benchmark for service standards, and we are very proud to receive this award as it demonstrates that the focus and efforts we have put into improving our service has been recognised by advisers.

More than 9,000 advisers voted this year on all aspects of our service operations including our new business processes, post-sales service, contact centres, account management skills, ability to provide technical product support and our online capabilities.

This year we have invested considerable energy in enhancing our online service capability to provide quick and easy access to a wider range of servicing information online and greater support for advisers with their client reviews.
