Pension Scheme Rules
Prudential (SAL)Personal Pension Scheme (ex Scottish Amicable scheme) rules apply to all Scot Am and Premier Personal and Group Personal Pensions. Non contractual increments to M&G policies will be under the ScotAm rules as they must use Premier contracts.
Prudential (SAL2)Personal Pension Scheme (ex Scottish Amicable Number 2 scheme) rules apply to the Legacy Product the Flexible Retirement Portfolio.
Prudential (M&G) Personal Pension Scheme (ex M&G) rules apply to all M&G Personal Pensions including contractual incremements.
There are no rules for Retirement Annuity Policies or Section 32's. As individual contracts these are subject to the rules of the policy.
