The 'at work' declaration gives details of any member who has been off work, or who has performed restricted duties or worked restricted hours, because of illness or injury for more than 10 days:
- in the last two months, if death benefit is required, or
- for Group Personal Pension and Group Stakeholder, in the last 12 months, if waiver/comprehensive waiver is required.
