You do not need to register to access pruadviser.co.uk.
Anyone can access pages such as product information, fund prices and literature but to access the full range of secure online services we offer, you'll need a Unipass certificate (see below) or you can use your Assureweb portal login credentials.
If you already have a Unipass, simply select the product category you need from the options above or select the transaction type by clicking on "Select an online service" in the top right hand corner and then selecting the appropriate one.
To use your Assureweb login details, select the option from the Login page. Your credentials will be validated by the portal and access provided to pruadviser, based on valid authentication by Assureweb.
For some transactions such as valuations and plan search you will not be asked for any further information.
For other transactions such as illustrations, new business submission and new business tracking you will be asked to enter your Prudential agency account number(s). We will only ask for this once, and the information will be saved for your next visit. If necessary, you can change the agency you're working on at any time by clicking on "Change adviser". If you're unsure of your agency numbers, our eBusiness Helpdesk can provide these. Just call us on 0808 234 5200* or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Not got a Unipass?
Unipass is the industry standard security solution which grants access to all the leading product provider's extranets as well as key portals and adviser back-office systems. It's a digital certificate. A digital certificate is a bit like a key which sits on your PC or laptop, and is a simple alternative to user IDs and passwords.

Outside the UK?
Advisers based outside the UK can't currently obtain a Unipass certificate, unless they have a UK based parent company.
