Route All Calls Effectively

Our automated routing agent GRACE (Guide to Route All Calls Effectively) will answer your call and route your enquiry to the right person. On most of our main lines GRACE will ask you a few open questions to identify the reasons for your call, followed by some security questions and will then route your call to someone who can help.

GRACE has been designed by looking at a language that Prudential Customers actually use so please speak naturally to GRACE as if you were speaking to a human being.

Example

GRACE: Welcome to the Prudential Adviser Service Team. In a few words, please tell me how I can help with your client's enquiry?

Adviser: I'd like an update on a withdrawl please.

GRACE will then ask a number of security questions which include your client's policy number. If you do not have an item that is being asked for please say 'I don't have it' and GRACE will transfer you to call agent who will ask alternative security questions.

GRACE: Thank you, I'll transfer you now.

Further questions may be asked to help pinpoint your enquiry and to enable your call to be routed to the right person first time. On occasions some additional security questions may be asked where appropriate when your call call is directed to a call consultant.
