Vince Smith-Hughes is Head of business development for retirement income at Prudential and has worked in the financial services sector for 25 years. Vince has previous experience in pension roles with Winterthur Life, AIG Life Wealth Management and has also been an IFA.

Nick Hunt, Markets Development Manager
Nick Hunt is Prudential's Markets Development Manager. He specialises in regulatory and legislative changes affecting the financial services industry. Nick has a post graduate diploma in Marketing and is a Chartered Marketer with the CIM. Nick's career in financial services spans 22 years and he joined Prudential following successful account manager, BDM and sales training roles with Standard Life, Axa and AMP.

Colin Simmons
Colin is a Business Development Manager for Pensions and Retirement Income at Prudential. He has worked for Prudential for 9 years. He started work in the Banking and Finance departments before becoming a Prudential Financial Adviser.
For the last five years Colin has been a Retirement Income Specialist, pioneering Prudential's growth in both the conventional and Investment annuity market. He has also worked on the development of Prudential's Personal Pension, Income Drawdown, and Income Choice Annuity.
Paul Harrison, Head of Business Consultancy
Paul Harrison is responsible for heading up and developing Prudential's Business Consultancy team which is part of Prudential's specialist business support proposition to the IFA sector. Paul's career has predominantly been in the Financial Services industry, with a strong background in Sales, People Development & Change Management Consultancy. During the last 15 years Paul has been working directly with distribution owners providing specialist support on all aspects of business development & change management.

Gerry Brown, Trusts & Tax Manager
Gerry Brown is Prudential's Manager for Tax & Trusts. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He also holds the Diploma of the Personal Finance Society. Having graduated from university with a degree in Economics, Gerry joined what was then the Inland Revenue as an Inspector of Taxes. He left the Inland Revenue to train as a Chartered Accountant and worked in various accountancy practices specialising in tax. He has worked in the life assurance industry since 1995.

Ben Forsyth
Ben Forsyth is a Business Manager at Prudential and has held a number of public policy roles with Prudential in the UK, at Group Head Office, and working for M&G on the UCITS IV Directive. Prior to that he worked in Parliament on pensions, welfare and healthcare reform.
Gerry Gallagher
Gerry Gallagher has been a With-Profits Actuary for Prudential Assurance Company since January 2005. PAC's with-profits fund is the UK's largest, accounting for about one fifth of total with-profits business in the UK.
Gerry began his actuarial career with Equity & Law before moving on to Allied Dunbar and in 1993 joined Prudential. He has held a variety of positions at Prudential including acting as appointed actuary for Prudential Retirement Income Limited from 2000 to 2003.
