Our turnaround times
Illustrations
- Standard illustrations are issued the same day if the request is received before 3pm. (Next day if received after 3pm.)
- Non-standard illustrations are issued within 24 hours of the request being received.
- Online illustrations are issued immediately.
New business processing
- Applications and/or additional information are processed within five working days of receipt for all products apart from Prudential International, which are processed within one day.
- The fastest way to submit information to us is online via our new business submission section.
Servicing and claims
- Requests/transactions are processed within five working days of receipt for all products apart from Prudential International, which are processed within one day.
- A wide range of policy information is also available online via our individual policy servicing section.
