Our turnaround times
Illustrations
- Standard illustrations are issued the same day if the request is received before 3pm. (Next day if received after 3pm.)
- Non-standard illustrations are issued within 24 hours of the request being received.
New business processing
- Applications and/or additional information are processed within five working days of receipt for all products apart from Prudential International, which are processed within one day.
Our online services
With pruadviser.co.uk, you can request illustrations, submit new business, track new business and obtain real time valuations. We also support services on all the main industry portals.
