Prudential International

New business processing and ongoing administration

New business acknowledgement and vetting service: we acknowledge receipt of any new business application on the same day. We will call you and follow up with an acknowledgement letter the same day detailing any missing requirements, allowing you to get back to the client promptly and speeding up the issuing of your client's application.

Service Charter: a statement of our commitment to excellence in our service delivery to you and your clients. Our Service Charter sets out the high service standards and turn-around times that you and your clients can expect for new business processing and servicing transactions.
