We have tried to use meaningful terms for link names instead of the term 'click here', so you know where a link will take you when using assistive technologies.

Where an image isn’t just for decoration (such as when it contains meaningful information), we’ve included an alternative description.

Javascript

Javascripts are small programmes built into web pages to add extra features. Most browsers support JavaScript, however if yours doesn’t, you will not be able to access certain elements as designed on our site, such as the navigation, some online tools and calculators.

We have tested this website on the most common browsers for desktop and mobile devices.

You can also use our Online Services with the latest browsers with one exception – you can only use Internet Explorer 7 and 8 for Group Pension Servicing. We recommend that you turn on ‘compatibility mode’ before you log in.
