For policies to be issued into trust, all onshore bond applications with new trusts must be submitted along with a copy of the trust registration details from the UK register. Offshore bond applications will need to be submitted with the Irish register details when the Irish register becomes available. For existing trust bond applications we require the same or the reason the trust is exempt.

Any application placed into trust must have the Tax Residency Self Certification Declaration Form completed:

• Onshore investment
• Tax Residency Self Certification Form (International Investments)
